  Constant wait everytime we go there-most of the time when its not even busy. Then whenever you want to pay with cash magically not a single employee knows how to do math. The last visit the employee( William) must have assumed that the money I gave him meant he could keep the change for himself. I had to ask him for my change and then wait another 10 minutes for it. This location by far is the worst one that i’ve been to.

  One of the employees kept us apprised of our status which was nice.... however.... the grilled cheese has ONE slice of cheese, the burger was a hockey puck, and the salted caramel bites were raw. If not for the fries (overcooked, but edible) and onion rings, the entire meal would have gone in the trash. 👎🏼👎🏼

  Had an u we order I needed to pick up from this location, the employee just looked at me like I’m stupid for trying to get in while the foo is closed I will not ever be doing business here again.

  This is definitely the wrost experience I have ever had at a sonic. First I just ordered two drinks and that took 10 min when it wasnt busy. Second my drink was a cup of ice with a splash of coke. My wifes drink wasnt even what she ordered. The part that causing me to never go back to sonic ever again was the staff. The women work snatched the card out of my hand and had then had the audacity to lecture me back how my card isnt working. You would think in 2026 a major chain would have chip readers or tap options but its just to advance for sonic

  Horrible, rather just go to taco bell across the street fresher food and they actually get our orders right
