I picked up two strips and two filets which cost about 100$ for all 4. One strip was great, but the other was almost inedible. My roommate spent five minutes chewing each bite, and when I tried it myself, I understood why. It was tough and just really bad. Two nights later we went to cook the filets, and when I opened the package, they were already discolored and starting to harden around the edges, clearly starting to go bad after just one day in the fridge. For the price, it just isn’t worth it. The grocery store steaks are better quality, larger, and cheaper. I really wanted to support a local butcher, but this was a big letdown
