The App is crap. No phone available at corporate or support to get help. Food is below mediocre. Go here and wait to be recognized by someone. Advice, go elsewhere.

I stop by the McDonald’s in Mount Pleasant often, and the service over the last few visits has been extremely disappointing. My food has been cold, and I’m constantly being asked to pull forward just so the drive‑thru times look better. If the food isn’t ready, it would be better to prepare it properly before I reach the window instead of trying to rush the timer—that’s what fast food is supposed to be.
Today at 11:05 AM, I was told to pull into a parking spot. I asked for my money back, and instead of resolving the issue, I was still told to pull up. When I got to the spot you directed me to, it wasn’t even available because you had already pulled up five or six other cars ahead of me for the same reason. I had no choice but to park in a handicap space just to avoid blocking other cars who were also being pulled forward.
On top of that, employees had trouble finding customers because cars were parked all over the place due to the constant pull‑ups. I eventually had to walk inside the building myself just so I could tell you where I was and finally receive my food.
Next time, if the order isn’t ready, please just give me my money back instead of pulling me forward unnecessarily. This has become a repeated issue, and it needs to be fixed.

Not trying to be rude, but as a delivery driver, I waited for 20 minutes on an order that wasn't even ready. The organization needs to better about orders coming in
