I made a point to be polite—saying “please,” “thank you,” and wishing them a great day—but received no acknowledgment in return. I asked for a small amount of hot water to top off my espresso, and after already purchasing the drink, I was told they “can’t do that” and that I would need to buy an Americano instead. The attitude and lack of basic courtesy were disappointing and unnecessary.

But the customer service at this location is disgusting. “ WHAT ELSE” “WHAT ELSE”… I greeted the employee and got a “ what do you want “. I understand you might not love your job but treating others poorly sucks. Don’t work at a morning place or an establishment that is open early and on holidays. These were the rudest employees I have encountered in a restaurant ever. Dunkin’ should check this. If you hate your job grow up and find a new one
