Went to pick it up and after waiting for 10 minutes while mgt was pulled away to talk on business phone leaving uncut pizza to get cold, we were asked again what the name of the order was under. They could not find the pizza. We gave them the order number and they told us a ticket never printed and although the pizza was made, they gave it to someone else! We had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make the prepaid pizza. The weekend before they added onions, mushrooms, etc. to pizza that should have been just a simple order from the menu. Never once offered a discount, refund, etc. Sadly this is the only close pizza place to us. When they get order correct it is good!
