This used to be my favorite place to go when it first opened. Thepeole were amazing and the food and portions was right on! But now the, quality has gone down, the potatos are almost always hard?
And the portions are insanely small for how much they charge for this this stuff! It's unreal how they make these bowls, everything is an upcharge! Before you know it you have a $30 bowl sitting in front of when you pay and the amount of food you are receiving for the money is ridiculous!
I wish they would stay consistent with how they were when they opened.
I do love the flavors! It's just the amount of money compared to what you are receiving.

As a college softball coach, we regularly order from CAVA in Mount Pleasant for our pre-game team meals, usually around 30 bowls at a time, and they are absolutely incredible every single time. Our orders are always 100% accurate, nothing is ever missing, and everything is ready right on time.
Despite the size of our orders, they never make us feel like we’re an inconvenience. When we arrive for pickup, we’re greeted by kind, welcoming staff who provide outstanding customer service. The food is fresh, consistent, and perfect for fueling our athletes before competition.
CAVA in Mt. Pleasant is officially College of Charleston Softball approved. 10/10 every time!

I went to Cava today because everyone has been raving about it. The service was excellent, the restaurant was really clean and calm. My issue is the food. I've been eating Mediterranean and Greek food for a while and this by far was the most disgusting food I've ever had. The lamb is apparently braised in nutmeg, which isn't common in Mediterranean or Greek food. It clashed with everything else which contains yogurt and dill. Although the service was amazing I won't be returning. I waste $20 and spent my day at work hungry. This was disappointing to say the least

There’s a young skinny blonde upfront filling delicious bowls with goodness! I wouldn’t want anyone else making my food. She’s so wholesome trustworthy and friendly. I hope she stays and gets a raise! There’s two brunette male employees on Friday afternoons that are deliberate with good intent too. I come back often. Thank you!!!
