Went to eat dinner here two weeks ago and originally want going to write a review. This place is absolutely horrible. Not only do they have the rudest and unprofessional management team, the bathrooms are disgusting and the whole place reeks of sewage. The food even tastes like it. Overcharged for cold, gross food that takes over an hour to get to the table. Only saving grace was our server, Tarin. She was excellent and made the visit bearable. Shut this place down or at least fire that horrible management team.
When they opened a few months ago I went for take out the day after they opened. Everything was amazing. Since then I've gone back 4 times and each time there was an issue, wrong food, food not as good, paid for items not received, etc. Just a gradual decline. Hope it improves

I visited on Sunday, 12/28 & 12/30. I gave the service & server a break because she was the only person working with minimal help. My group asked for to go cups and we received without lids. It a extremely long before we received our food. The experience in Tuesday wasn't any better. There were more servers however still not properly staffed to accommodate the guests. You'll may want to consider buying pitchers so that you can place them on tables. (Water & tea) This will guarantee that you get a refill. There needs to be some additional training or hire more experienced servers.

Wow, what an experience. We arrived at 7:30, was told we had to wait 15 minutes to order our dinner, that turned into 30, which went out of happy hour time, but Iwas able to still get the mozzarella sticks at happy hour price. We finally received drinks 15 minutes into our wait time, food was ordered at 8:03, finally came to the table at 9:00, yes, an hour. Oh boy. Weird thing, folks were being served left and right, guess we were just overlooked. Who knows, can't go back, won't go back.

If I could rate this place a 0, I surely would. Let’s start from the beginning. We stood at the hostess stand for about 5 minutes before being greeted by a server. While they discussed who was going to take the table (highly inappropriate to do in front a guest) “you want the table” “oh well who’s turn”, we waited some more. Once we sat down, we waited another 10 minutes before we got asked if we wanted something to drink…… well. Took another 6 minutes to get “sodas, and water”, mind you, our server had 1 other table. So it’s really unacceptable. Once she dropped off the drinks, no questions about appetizers or dinner, she just walked away. Waited another 15 for her to approach the table, walk away again, and bring her server book back to take our order. We waited another 30 minutes for a queso probably warmed in a microwave, and a total of 9 fried pickles. How something fried, and something warmed takes so long is beyond me. Our food took another 20 minutes after? Maybe 15? We had to place the empty drink cups on the end of the table for the server to acknowledge or pay attention to the fact that we needed refills. Obviously to go with the rest of the night, she did not come back until we finished eating. At that point, everything was stacked ready for her to take. Do you think she pre bussed the table? Of course not. Once we received our checks of course we had to remind her we needed those boxes we asked for. I work in a fine dining restaurant, so from start to finish, the people working in this establishment have no idea how to work in this industry. Either A they are fine with less than 20% or B they just don’t like work. Really can’t tell a difference. Either way, it’s easy to say we will never be back. Honestly shocking these people have a job. BWW time to clean up front of house.
