  I get the same thing every morning, a small brown sugar, shaken espresso, and the two young gentlemen that work there they have to be in high school or right out of high school. They are just so amazing and so kind every morning without fail they deserve a raise.

  I just left without purchasing anything. First, I want to say I’ve been here before many times. We are from the north and have a love for DD. I understand the south is little slower. Not a big deal, I’ve moved for a change of pace myself. I can be patient. Unfortunately, today Sunday, March 22 at 1:20pm there were two workers. A woman who acknowledged me and was dealing with the window and a young male, we will call him a boy because maybe he hasn’t had much experience with customer service. My complaint is with him, specifically. When I arrived, there was a customer ordering at the counter, one waiting for an online order and the line in the drive thru has two cars. I went inside because I wanted to treat my son to some donuts and they never seem to have what he wants when we go through the drive thru, so I went inside so he can pick them out. I was going to order some donuts, a beverage, a sandwich etc. I had a big order in mind, but as the wait grew longer and the only acknowledgment I received was from the woman who asked if anyone was waiting on an order. I said I was waiting to order. She proceeded to help the person at the window while the boy finished one drink for that order. When the line was cleared and I was the only customer inside and the boy finished making the drink then proceeded to walk away from the counter to I don’t know start cleaning or stocking things. I asked, can I order some donuts. (That was all I could do for my son. I didn’t want to bother the workers too much as they seemed very overwhelmed.) He pointed to the kiosk and a said “yeah you can order there.” I walked out. I would have only given 1 star or zero just for him! However, the other workers have been pleasant enough. I have worked many years in customer service. This is unacceptable. Absolutely unacceptable. Do better!

  Apparently, showing up 17 minutes before they close means there’s no food available. I asked if I could get a sandwich and the single word response was “No”. So I went to Starbucks.

  Started out with the gal saying something unintelligible through the speaker. Then she presented me with the new credit card thing at the window. Hard to see because of the glare. Once again, the silly option of 15 20-25% gratuity. Ridiculous.

  Waited 25 minutes after ordering a donut. Gave up and just walked out after they started serving someone who had just walked in. Didn't have the time to stay and argue.
