Upon checkout he didn’t have enough money to get them lunch with drinks. The staff allowed them to get fountain drinks with their meals. I will never forget this. The manager explained to me that they have never done that. I explained to her that it has been done for me many times, but I’ve lived in Mount Pleasant my whole life. She said that she’s not allowed to. I explained to her online it says that you guys do and I also explained to her that that request has been honored Many times before. She wasn’t concerned about customer satisfaction. It takes five minutes to make waffle fries. I didn’t cancel my order and left the store. The store wasn’t busy at all. It seems the manager needs to be trained on customer satisfaction And the culture here in Mount Pleasant.
