    Drive through is ridiculously slow. Never go here beforehand if you have to go to work. It's ridiculous.

    I wanted to leave this Wendy's a good review, after all the head manager of this location, Amy, went above and beyond to make-up for the mishap that happened 2 days prior. I'll sum things up decently quick, but basically, me and my family just got back from a camping trip and I was dropping my friend off at his house since he did some house/pet sitting for us while we were away.. I decided to go to this Wendy's to pick-up some food for my parents, myself and my little sister. When I arrived, it was heavily raining and even hailing outside at the drive-thru. The staff that day weren't too thrilled to be taking orders or even trying to get them right, they took their sweet time and did a sloppy job with cooking, prepping and not even giving me my full order. I asked them to correct the order and after 15 minutes they did.. HOWEVER, once I got home it was a mess.. they got two of my burgers wrong, my baconator wasn't even a baconator and half the hamburgers weren't even fully cooked with pink in the middle.. thank goodness the chicken sandwiches were okay!! So what did I do? I used the QR code on my receipt and left a "highly dissatisfied" review for the location. Here's the best part of the whole experience though.. Amy, the head manager, decided to reach out to me and my mother to make things right! She apologized for the inconvenience, used proper manners and even let us come back the next day to pick-up the order again (prepared the right way!!) Free of charge!! Amy is a wonderful woman and a very kind soul, she could've simply apologized and did nothing about it but she went out of her way to really make sure things were taken care of properly. I can't thank her enough for being so kind and helping my family out. While I can't say I'll be visiting the location often, I will say that for anyone who wants a proper Wendy's experience, ask if Amy is there!! She'll make sure that your order is taken care of the right way without any flaw! Thank you so much again Amy! You're the best! 😎🤙

    Enjoy the food, but....my experience with the staff... well its mixed. Inside I'll get great service, or the staff seem checked out. Like they just woke up or had a good smoke session. Drive through though? Ha, 8/10 times its attitude. Today I had an associate give attitude cause they forgot to give me my drinks and a fry, Heaven forbid you get what you pay for, And groan audibly and in front of the customer. This actually happens pretty often with the drive through. If I could give a review for each employee I dealt with each time I went. I'd happily do it everytime. Just to point out the awesome staff.

    I've gone to this Wendys many times since it opened a few years ago and the quality and especially the customer service has definitely gone downhill. Half the time they short me on the 10 pc nuggets, putting only 8 or 9 in bag. At least four or five times they have given me the wrong drink. Now they are charging for extra dipping sauces, the nugget meal is supposed to come with two but I've opened my bag to find 1 or sometimes none at all. The drive through staff tend to have bad attitudes, regardless of the time of day. Management really needs to provide more training for the staff.
