  Order to foot long subs online which ask for toppings and u I chose green peppers when I got my sub it was pack with red peppers which I do not eat red peppers . I got back thru drive thru to discuss the mistake, an employee Caucasian women told me they don’t do green peppers any more then the owner came yelling at me stating it a corporate thing that discontinued green peppers completely!!! Yelling at me thru the drive thru window . My issue come in place to why it not removed from online ordering ???and also if you knew you had no green peppers why not hold my order until I got there to pick it up and ask for alternative topping. And to be yelled at like I’m the one who made my own sandwichs . My advice is stop assuming ppl will want something when you clearly knew you don’t serve green peppers. They refused to remake my subs so I will be disputing the charges off my card .

  I arrived to this subway at 9:40pm. When I walked through the door both of the workers (one male one female) looked at me with disgust. The male worker then asked me and my fiancé if we had “an easy or hard order”, after this question and the looks given, I asked if they still closed at 10:00pm. The female worker then replies and says “we really close at 9:40 so we can clean and close the store”. They did not greet us or welcome us in and notify us of the time they closed. As she proceeded to make our subs she continued to look out of the window of the door expecting her ride I assumed. We got two subs and were charged $30 literally. We will not be returning to this establishment. Please do not support them whatsoever.
