  My first experience food barely warm. My second experience I paid $27.00 for 2 Big mac meals and two choc. Shakes. The Big Macks wasn't Mackin. Two little flat meat that sat in the middle of Big buns. Slipping out of the bread because it's filled with fillings and Alot of lettuce. Call it a Big mess. Rip off . Oh yes and no shakes they let you know they just change out machine after you paid for a meal that was garbaged litterly not even hot and cold hard fries..Nobody has money to throw away. Shame I could have bought a pack of real beef good cheese crunchy lettuce pickles buns for less and be full.Money is more and food portions less . What you call that ??

  They gave someone else my order before I got there to pick it up. When I asked for a refund they said they would refund me but they still have not and it has now been 4, going on 5 days. I took it up with my bank who gave me a temporary refund. PLEASE REFUND ME ALREADY! That was $42 worth of food! I don’t eat at McDonald’s very often and I’m definitely not in a position to be wasting money. So, whoever is the manager here, please make sure the refund actually goes through. I placed my order on 4/2/2026 around 1230. I got there around 1330 because it was an hour drive home and I wanted to pick food up on the way through moncks corner.

  Damn they sure aint quick with anything here. So much for fast food if you got an hour to wait for a mcdouble and some nuggets come on but if you on lunch break at 2pm dont come here. Rude to everyone, slow, restroom is nasty got poo in toilet rn....its backed up. Bulldoze this location and put culvers in its place

  Quite frankly, worst experience of my life going to this particular McDonald's A big Mac and a ten piece and 2 fries, and 4 drinks, mocha wasn't working oh well shit happens I suppose, big Mac tasted off like a frozen hamburgers from Walmart, the chicken tasted old and dry, and it took so long to get our fries that I could genuinely got actually mad. Terrible service, terrible management, wasn't like this before, go to the foxbank McDonald's, much better

  Just went in there and it was filled with workers all walking around but they were barley doing anything. Trying to get ahold of someone in the front? Good luck Ordered my food and it took 30min like always. Ordering online or the drive thru is about the same. You doordash on the side? Well get ready to wait, it takes 20-40min to get the order unless you constantly ask them or get lucky. Its honestly absurd that they have so many workers but yet so slow. No pride whatsoever, only thing decent is the food is usually consistent. Would not recommend unless you enjoy waiting forever to maybe get your food.
