- TTTobirama843Nov 8, 20251.0I walked into Wendy’s last nite and I forgot my shoes and not even within 5 seconds one of the employees was being rude to me saying if you don’t have shoes on we will not serve you saying that there were signs on both doors saying that and I took pictures of both doors and none of it has anything on there about no shoes no service I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed because I was the only white person in the lobby

I mainly go when it's busy so I get fresh food. Customer service is more miss than hit. The two smaller white women I've interacted with have been very nice and friendly. Otherwise, the rest of the staff just respond "mhm" to any thank you or have a nice day It's 2025, customer service is hit or miss so it's not a huge deal to me unless someone is being inherently rude. As long as the food is good and quick, I don't really care anymore.
