    *update* the GENERAL MANAGER has now confirmed that even though i never received my order, it is “impossible” to issue a refund. they even told me calling doordash wouldn’t help me! This is actually theft and i’m now escalating this to a corporate level! also as a former papa johns employee i know for fact, he has to call the MERCHANT SUPPORT LINE for companies who deliver through doordash, give them the order number and have them issue a refund! i can’t call that line myself. I paid for my order through the papa tracking link. a delivery driver never picked it up. so i called to get a refund. first i was told id be refunded and issued a $10 credit for the inconvenience! (props to peyton he clearly knows what’s up) called back a week later when i didn’t receive the refund, and the man in store (chris) simply told me they “cannot help” because i paid through that link. i have the transaction history and they said there’s nothing they can do. i order from here frequently and i would really like to keep doing so. can i please have my $24 dollars? thank you.
