This location after 3pm is a nightmare. Not prepared and they don’t care. They’ll look at you for 30 minutes before even asking what you’re waiting on. Mind you I come in tonight. These ladies are back here dancing and talking about the guys standing in the restaurant asking her age and if she was single. Then another female steps out from the back and says “and I’ll just tell them they’ll have to wait, wait else can I do.”

When I got to the window I tried to explain the situation and the girl told me we can’t do Caramel Mochiato. Very stupid and wish they would shut it down!
