Every single time I order I get the same pizza with buffalo sauce on top and I get it car side delivery and every single time they forget the buffalo sauce and I have to walk in the store to fix it. Just happened again for the fifth time and I explained to them nicely that this is the fifth time this has happened and I didn't get a single I'm sorry from anyone or anything. Nothing to make up for it. This is absolutely ridiculous. There's always a short bald white dude on shift when it happens (he knows this happens every time) and tonight there's was a brown haired woman making the pizzas. I watched the women with long thick loose hair nearly stick her gloveless hands in my pizza, she had pink nail polish that was chipping off her nails that just looked gross and dirty. Both adults (not teenagers) and didn't want to offer a single "I'm sorry about that" or anything at all. Extremely unprofessional. What the hell is going on at this location? However there's a white dude with brown hair taller wears a hat that I see there often and he is extremely nice and should be given a raise. He knows how to handle customer service and is very professional. Maybe y'all should put him in charge, things definitely can't get worse.

I live 6 minutes down the road and John excuse was “ well he has 3 orders and it’s rush hour so yeah” and I said okay it just didn’t make sense because I ordered my food an hour ago but okay and he hung up. No apology or empathy to say he is running the store.
