  I came here with my mom and the food was so good and generously portioned!!! I loved the customer service, everyone was kind especially Hunter and this one red headed girl! Will definitely come back for more delicious food🫶😋

  Absolutely disgusting from the service down to the toppings. Firstly the line is filthy. A lady who had a food allergen was deeply concerned by all of the food sloshed in every other 6th pan and 3rd pan. There's a rude red haired young girl who gives the bare minimum on night shift around 6pm. If you ask her for something she puts less than a teaspoon on your bowl with extreme attitude. The line is never stocked with ingredients and if you ask if they have anymore, she will tell you no at 6pm!!!!! Food quality is poor. Iceberg lettuce browned and cilantro was OLD. Over all Chipotle ingredients are fresher and this Qdoba location just opened! I will try the Woodruff road location before writing Qdoba off. The Mauldin location needs new management, the standard is low with this store, absolutely disgusting, you might want to fix it. There's a reason Qdoba closed down in Greenville the first time!

  This was my first trip to this location and it was disappointing. They were out of alot of add ons...including guac and cilantro. The staff told me it was white meat chicken breast when I ordered ... It is not. What I really didn't like though is when I questioned it after taking a bite, they made me feel crazy. There was not one peice of white meat in my bowl. One of the employees saw me picking all the meat out of my bowl and brought me a free entree card without me asking so that was nice but I was still stuck on the fact nobody on the staff was able to identify what white meat chicken breast looks like. If it was in fact white meat chicken breast, it was some of the worst quality meat I will have ever been served at a restaurant. In any case, the potential is there. Overall, it seems fresher and a little cheaper than Chipotle but that could just be me. Im hoping it was just growing pains and it can/will be fixed, so I will still give 5 stars based on potential.

  Ordered dinner for pick up. They were out of steak at 7:00pm, which we paid more for. The chicken they substituted with was cold. I also got nachos. The chips were provided on the side but so stale they were chewy. Unfortunately we won’t be back for a while even though we live so close. They have some kinks to work out as a new store. I tried providing feedback online and the Greenville stores aren’t even listed on their website in order to contact this specific store.

  I ordered the shrimp and steak bowl plus asked for extra chicken at an upcharge, the worker would literally take a scoop and dump half the protein back in the pans. Whoever made the meat failed as another couple in front of us returned their plate stating it was ridiculously oversessoned. 40 bucks for 2 unimpressive bowls is crazy as Chipotle is 8 minutes up the road. I wanted to like this place and I hope it was just an isolated incident. The store is nice and super clean to be fair
