She was charged for something that she didn't order, the food was burnt, and had unknown brown, slimey objects in it (that was customer's complaint). The staff was very rude and was trying to rush the interaction along so they could do something else. I feel very uncomfortable with the entire situation. Very unsatisfied with my visit.

It doesn’t get any better than this. Also, I did pay extra for the ranch which is totally OK because I had gotten one dipping sauce for free, but the ranch was totally worth the extra because it was homemade best ranch I’ve had.
