They have a special rn for 2 steak biscuits for 5 bucks but I didn't mind paying for what I wanted which was a Steak Egg and Cheese biscuit and OMG...It was TERRIBLE. The egg was COLD so much so that the cheese did not melt!!! I took the cold piece of cheese off and trashed it....The steak was super greasy.....It really upset my stomach.......ALL I WANT IS SOME GOOD FOOD AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE...ESPECIALLLY WITH THESE PRICES THESE DAYS!!! I GUESS CHICK FIL A WILL KEEP GETTING MY MONEY!!!!! really sad:(

- BBBranford BrockOct 2, 20252.0The service for dinner is what I am rating. Anything after the sun goes down has been a poor experience. The staff typically has all of the exterior lights (road sign, exterior building lights, even the menu light) turned off. No exterior building lights doesn’t portray the right message and is super unsafe. The staff during this time will typically do one if not all of the following….get your order wrong due to rushing while taking your order, tell you they are out of something that you are ordering, greet you with a bad attitude, or have you park to wait on your order. The team usually has their friends (who do no work there or are not clocked in) come and hang out with them while they work. You can find their friends inside the dining room, or in their car that is parked in front of the front door. On this stretch of butler road (before crossing over 385 and before passing the high school) it is slim picking for fast food. We are all fed up with the service and want it to change.
