- BCBrent CassellSep 11, 20251.0Brought a subway coupon, read the fine print, was told after my sandwich was 80% done, oh sorry our owner doesn’t accept coupons for that particular sandwich type… if you are not going to honor the coupons- then take the Subway off your exterior sign (also stop putting your employees in that crap position too)
- AMAsh MAug 24, 20251.0Slow moving employees. Waited forever annd then got skipped over. I had to interrupt to say we hadn’t ordered. Had to repeat ourselves multiple times for ingredients. The employee barely spoke to us and was not friendly. Only put 2 pieces of bacon on BLT. Almost forgot bacon on a turkey bacon and we had to remind her. Added a $1 up charge for something we have no idea what it was for. It honestly felt like we were a burden. Seemed like the employees hated their lives and were taking it out on the customers. Weird experience.
