  This is a hard pass. Ordered food for the kids and received a gray hot dog and a burger that was inedible. Tossed everything and walked next door to the McDonald's. There's nothing redeeming about this Sonic. Literally worst fast food restaurant we have ever been too.

  I stopped and went to the men's room. It was so dirty and in disrepair that I didn't even order food

  I ordered some refresher drinks in the app. I arrived at the location in Manning SC at the time the order indicated it would be ready. I checked in and waited over 30 minutes when the person came out to tell me the location does not have the refreshers. I requested to be refunded. She said they could not refund me and that I had to get a refund via the app. I found no options for refund in the app. The store has my money but I did not receive my items. Then when I called customer service they offered me a gift card for a portion of the order cost. I did not pay with a gift card and I don’t foresee myself going back to this business so I do not want a gift card. I’m thoroughly disgusted with this location and Sonic Customer Service. This is horrible business practice.
