The manager called the police since I would not move up, as they already had a car in front of me waiting on food. Both you and your staff are unprofessional. Ill be calling corporate in the morning 20mins for a chicken sandwich.

I’m am very much upset. Second time coming there tonight. No sauce then I’m missing my cheese burger that I pay 30$ on then i didn’t get enough straws but one. So basically my kids short on food. I will no longer do business outta respect.

The Struggle in the South continues on this trip!
Placed my order at the drive-thru.. Easy.. First window closed, sign says go to the next one.. Blah-blah.. Lady opens the window, repeats my order and mumbles some total then closes the window. I mouth how much and she opens it again and repeats herself intelligibly this time. Then closes it again, without taking my money.
I sit there and notice cars behind me are stopping to place their order, then driving off. I wait a bit longer before I get someones attention inside.. She comes to the window, this time with the "manager". Apparently their "system" went down.. Last time I checked that shouldn't effect the kitchen.. And I was paying cash and could easily let them use my phone as a calculator if they struggled with simple math. Nope. Not even an offer. The closed the window without telling me what they are doing about my order. I rolled out after that.
I should've taken a picture of the managers name on the window. After that BS I was just ready to go, get something to eat, and be on my way..
