  I went to this Dominos on 12/15 to place a carry out order. During my transaction there was a glitch in their system that charged my card, but didn’t register my order in the system. They tried to find it and told me they would make the pizza anyway. At that time my bank account showed that the $28 transaction was pending. So I leave to and return to find they’ve not made my pizza. So I ask for a refund. The General Manager Charlie Wilson says the order isn’t in the system and the pending transaction should fall off of my account within two hours. I ask for a receipt and he says he can’t give me one due to the order not being in the system. I ask for his card and he gives me a posted with his name on it and the store number. This was on a Saturday so it took until Monday to show that it had posted and $28 was paid to Domino’s Pizza on 12/15. I immediately called Mr Wilson and of course he wasn’t there. I left a detailed message and asked for a returned phone call. To this day 12/19 no one has contacted me. I stopped by today and was told he would be in after 12 noon. I just called back at 3:20 pm and he is still not in. I explained why I was calling and asked for the manager. The manager Montana was making an order and said she couldn’t come to the phone. So I ask the gentlemen that answered the phone for a Corporate number. The manager Montana says they are franchise owned. I asked for the franchise owner number. She says they don’t have that. I asked for the GM personal number, wasn’t given that. She passes the message through the gentleman that they can give me a store credit! My order wasn’t in the system so I can’t get a refund. That makes no sense! I told her to please come to the phone and she refused and continued to pass information across the store to the gentleman that was on the phone with me. So, I plan to look up the franchise owner’s name and number and report this incident and the unprofessionalism that his GM Mr. Charlie Wilson and store manager Montana Frayeder displayed. To charge a customer bank account and never give a product is wrong. Please be careful when dealing with the Manning Dominos!!
