Food was same as any Bojangles . Service was slow considering it was not busy. Staff friendly enough. Overall atmosphere was fast food on side of highway with a twist of country.

Love me some Bo's and look forward to Cajun-style chicken whenever in the area. This location executes the brand extremely well with fast, friendly service, hot, fresh chicken, and a clean, well-maintained dining room.

This was hands down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. I was stuck in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes with no explanation, no apology, and no sense of urgency whatsoever. Cars barely moved, employees clearly didn’t care, and customer service was nonexistent.
What made it even worse was the attitude. The staff was rude, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. The way I was treated felt targeted and discriminatory, and it left a very bad taste in my mouth. No one should feel uncomfortable or looked down on just for ordering food.
The place was dirty, unprofessional, and poorly managed. Food quality was trash, service was trash, and the overall vibe was hostile and nasty. Management clearly does not train their employees on basic respect or customer service.
I will never return to this Bojangles in Manning and I will be telling others to avoid it. There are plenty of places that don’t treat customers like an inconvenience or a problem.
