- VFVirginia Federer5 days ago3.0I have been to multiple Chick-fil-A's but the service at this unit was awful. We went into the restaurant to order our food to go so that we could eat outside. There were multiple people behind the counter. One was busy filling her own container with ice and then filling it with soda while ignoring others in line for free refills. It took over 10 minutes for them to pull 2 Chick-fil-A sandwiches and 2 fries for our order. Manager completely ignored us at the pick-up counter. By far the worst experience I have had at a Chick-fil-A.

Everybody was great except for the person who checked us in ni. Who rolled her eyes and was not in a good mood she was not happy that we were there and she was just overall in a bad mood Not the normal Chick-fil-A experience

I have been frequenting Chick-fil-A for DECADES all across the US and this is the first one I’ve ever come to that could not special order a salad without chicken, bacon and corn for me. This chain is already known for not being very inclusive, but seriously - how hard it is to throw some lettuce, cheese and egg in a bowl- OR even better, why not “pre-make” some vegetarian friendly salads for the family members who don’t eat meat if you insist on having things premade for efficiency and will never seem to create a menu item that meets the needs of a significant percentage of the world populations?? HUGELY disappointed in the particular location!!! Fortunately I was able to order a side salad as an alternative, so it ended up being okay. However, if I didn’t have a daughter that insists on eating Chick-fil-A chicken nuggets on a weekly basis, I would boycott this restaurant forever.

My wife and I were told that we could not get any kind of salad without cheese like we get at other Chick-fil-A's all the time.

She’s a blessing to that Chick Fil-A! You never know what kind of experience you’ll have when you’re traveling and make a stop! Exit 119, Manning, SC! Stop there!
