Hello, I ordered the new 3 meat box and a extra sandwich wife got the 3 PCs chick tenders. Food was good as always, went back up to get a small bag and the manger was talking with someone about Tictoc with her earbuds in and just walked away. The nice young lady who took our order came over and got me a bag. In my past of being a manager I didn't want my staff on a phone so I didn't have mine either. Like I said everything food and front end service was great. So go in and check out there better than to me menu and enjoy.

Didn't give us 3 fries. Got home and no one had their whole meal 😞. Complained in the app still no solution.

Out of Roast Beef at 9:17pm and it took the staff over 10 minutes (while cleaning fryer, bathrrooms,etc) to even ask what I wanted. I left without getting food and would never come back to this location.

So I had just got off work and wanted Arby's. It was 9:20 something, at night. I decided that I would place an order to pick up so I wouldn't be there last minute before they closed and put in an order. Big mistake.
I spent $31 and some change. I was using Uber eats. I show up at the Arby's and they tell me they don't have meat for a roast beef. I wanted to refund that single item, but get everything else. I asked how to do it, because I didn't know myself. He didn't know either. I asked if I could replace the item with something that would be equal price, or at least close. When I said that, I could hear the workers arguing in the back and telling me to "hurry the hell up."
The man on the microphone started being rude to me. When I would say something, clear as day, he would say, "huh? What? Speak louder." I was halfway out the car, talking so he could hear. Eventually I said "never mind" and left. I cancelled my order, because I didn't receive any of it and there was no way I was going to order anything else.
Long story short, I wasted $31, nor did I get any of my order. I didn't get my money back and I'm mad about it, only because the service was absolute dog crap and I seemed to only be a joke. I'm never ordering from here again.
