  We love Arby’s but this time they shorted us an order of potato cakes and fries. Inexcusable.

  Ran by a bunch of young rude kids. Cashier was rude and short. Got my food and was missing a slider. Stood there while the front staff talked and even looked at me like I was a problem for five mins before I could get them to stop talking about there partying and such. Really poor service really poor management. Maybe you will go out of business.

  I might give a better rating had we not set waiting for 5-6 mins on a premade vanilla shake, because she had her friend at the drive thru parked, car off, just talking. When they finally are done talking, no food ever passed( thats how I know it was a friend or bf, yall got cameras white cadillac), We get to the window, cats got her tounge I guess. She never said one word and acted as if we were interrupting something more important. To add my girlfriend was still polite paid, said thank you smiled, to get a smug look and dead silence. You got a real winner there representing you at night. I probably wont return for late night sweet snack. Well just go to bk. Atleast theyre nice, atleast they speak. But day shift usually on there game. Always usually good food. But this is not the first issue at night ive had. Probably need more adult supervision. It was 1 pre-made shake you put in a cup. Im not impatient but unless she whipped up that whip cream from scratch that was just being petty and rude. The shake was good.😁 I worked at arbys 15 years or so ago, and customer service use to be priority.

  Love the beef & cheddar and cheese sticks. Drive thru service was good as well.
