  Check your bag before you leave if you go through the drive through.. had some missing items last time, and it was an online order, and the missing items were on the receipt taped to the bag

  i frequent this location on my way home from work. i work out in columbia and i live out in bethune so its a far drive and a nice halfway point before i hit home. i’ve never really had an issue other than a few times where they failed to tell me they were out of a certain drink and i had to go back in and correct it myself. this time i was getting food for my husband and i, i ordered a supreme lux box with a crunchwrap and nacho fries. i felt horrible for the huge line of people behind me cause it took 20 minutes at the window before they told me to pull around. after another five minutes or so, my food came out and i continued my 25 mile drive home. once home i was excited to finally eat my food with my husband when i saw that they skimped out on nacho fries. they just didn’t put them in the bag. i paid $20 just to miss food. i love taco bell and i was having a really hard day at work and just wanted some yummy nacho fries. to my (usual) beloved night shift workers, i appreciate yall but please check the bags and the order before sending it out. i’m extremely disappointed and with gas prices being so high, i don’t wanna drive 25 miles out just to get the food i paid for.

  I ordered 3 supreme tacos, and 1 chicken cantina taco. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. The car in front of me was at the window for 10 minutes. I pull to the window and get my order immediately. It was clearly made before the orders in front of me. My tacos were all soggy and no longer had hard shell structure. All the stuff fell out after the first bite. They were also luke warm.... same with the cantina chicken taco. I say boo in your general direction.

  Usually eat here and at most they forget an item or two, but i ordered some food the other night and got the worst food poisoning imaginable. Two days later and I’m still dealing with it, almost had to go to the E.R.
