Give my girl Victoria a raise or a gold shining crown, she is a SAINT! Sweetest worker ever, everyday I pass this sonic and think about how much she made my day. Seriously, come here if you want the most amazing customer service and a massive smile. Ever since she served me I've been wanting to go back.

Absolutely horrendous. My burger was burned and inedible. My peppermint brownie shake had zero brownie in it and one piece of peppermint. Essentially a vanilla milkshake. Sonic used to be good.

The carhop that came out to stall #7 today was beyond rude. I ordered 3 corn dogs & a small mozzarella stick - at the time my order I requested ketchup and mustard. They were out of mustard, that’s fine. My main issues is when she came out w/ the food I asked for ketchup (after I checked my bag and there was none); she said “there’s ketchup in the bag”. She still went inside to grab “more”. She came out again and said “I know there’s ketchup in there so I brought three”. Once again, THERE WAS NO KETCHUP IN MY BAG. So at this point, you’re calling me a liar to my face? A visiting general manager apologized on her behalf after seeing the interaction and I appreciated that. Kudos to him! Another pro tip: as a former server, you don’t guest “Do you want your change back?” Instead you bring them their change and see if they would like to tip. I always do, but with the attitude I experienced today. I wouldn’t have.

NOT IMPRESSED !! Had to wait at least 20 minutes or more total (to place drive-thru order then pull around to wait for food) - when my order finally arrived it was lukewarm at best (mostly cold) , only was given ketchup packets, no mustard for corn dog- no napkins- took order home and heated in my microwave just to be warmed to eat - lack of personnel working during busy lunch hour? Having personnel take their break during busy lunch time? If you have a 30 minute lunch window, thus is not the place to go - no wonder McDonald’s does so well - won’t be going back to this Sonic…
