  I went inside to order, stood at the register and 3 staffs looked straight at me, one walked past me a couple times, stood directly in front of me to chat with an off the clock employee standing next to me then went back. All the while, not one staff member even acknowledged me. This was an impressively off putting experience.

  After 10 minutes in the drive through lane without moving, I decided to go inside to order. I stood for another 15 minutes with no one ahead of me just to place the order. The staff dropped everything for a door dash driver before finally taking my order. The fries were soggy and the sandwich was cold.

  I've been trying to get pork chop biscuits for months and they never have them. I got a 8 piece chicken combo and the chicken smelled so bad in the car that I had to roll the windows down to not get sick. I think that they reused their frying oil too long and it burned. That's my guess. Their Bo Rounds are always good but they tend to short you on the large order even though they are expensive. The tea and lemonade are good. I suspect that they are understaffed because I went there one evening and their outside lights and menu board had not been turned on. Why would that ever happen?
