  This is probably the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to, and I’d call myself a pretty patient and understanding person. With just one person ahead of me, I waited in line to order for 17 minutes. 8 of that was waiting for the person taking orders to take the order of the person in front of me, 5 of that was waiting for them to be ready to take my order and 4 for my food. When I finally did get my food, the fries were completely lukewarm, on the verge of being cold, so I’m not really sure what’s going on at this restaurant, but it needs help. In addition to all of that, the worker taking your order was completely dismissive, but that’s to be expected at this point.

  Terrible, always a long wait to order and to receive your food. I finally just drove off from the drive thru without ordering once again.

  I walk in with no one in there eating.. As soon as I walk in the door an employee jumps up from a table and gets mad and says " if I can't take a 5 minute break, im just going to put the chairs up and lock the doors and no one will eat in here" wow.. I stayed just to spite the lazy woman..I laughed at her when others walked in.. if you font want to work, Stay home! The rest of the time I was there, it sounded like a party in the kitchen.. Man, how Wendy's has went downhill in the past years.

  Came through at 9: 30pm. The cook and the cashiers were sitting in the lobby. The girl who answered the drive-thru is extremely rude so I pulled to the window to ask what their problem was. I said are you guys not wanting to take orders. Smacked her teeth and stated oh we just been busy tonight. It's a shame at the amount of people coming to this area off of 90 but yet this Wendy's a franchise won't invest in quality employees. Yo ain't going to last long cuz there's going to be restaurants that are moving to this area already started with a dunkin. Pitiful customer service.

  I'm giving these 5 stars to Dennis! This man quickly fixed door dash orders and orders from inside with the quickness and patience. It was slammed and he kept his calm and was still helpful and informative. Give this man a raise!
