  Today (April 2): I tried this location again. Ordered in the app. They were trying to close the location hours early and refused to have what we ordered prepped (steak, flatbread, onions, AND bell peppers), so both our sandwiches we took home were different than what we ordered. They didn’t even start the order until we arrived, 10-15 minutes after placing it in the app. They just can’t get this location together. It’s a horrible Subway! First post from 5 months ago: This is the absolute worst subway I’ve ever stepped foot into. I had 1 family ahead of me. 1 employee hid in the back because she would rather talk loudly on the phone than help her coworker. The 1 person who did help wasn’t listening to the customer and made her sandwich wrong in front of us. I ordered in the app. They don’t pay attention to who picks up the food, so they gave mine away. The two employees almost tried to send me home without the food I paid for or a refund. I feel lucky they actually felt like making something. There’s several other subways around here. Do not go to this one.
