  I come here quite often, but the experience this last time was disappointing. The staff member who helped us was unprofessional and, quite frankly, disrespectful—a little weird dude with a crooked eye. While I was ordering, I mentioned I wanted spinach on my sandwich before it was toasted, not realizing it still had to go in the toaster. After he corrected me, saying that wasn’t how things were typically done, I clarified that I did not actually want the spinach before toasting. Despite this, he continued on, saying multiple times: "That's so weird for someone to want spinach on their sandwich before toasting… but you could do it if you wanted to." Again, regardless of me saying I didn’t actually want that, he went on for at least an entire minute about how it was weird for me to want it. Besides that, he paid my girlfriend an unnecessary amount of attention. He ignored me throughout the order, but chose to make several awkward and unnecessary statements toward her. By the end, he even had the nerve to make a mocking remark about my sandwich, which was honestly impressive. Something along the lines of calling it weird again. On top of that, the sandwiches themselves were poorly made. My girlfriend’s sandwich, although lacking, seemed carefully prepared, while mine was lopsided with uneven toppings. Given his behavior the entire time, I have to assume this result was intentional. The cookies were good, but they couldn’t make up for the overall creepy and disturbing experience. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.

  Terrible store never order delivery they will rip you off , first time BLT had only 2 slices bacon, 2nd time did not deliver everything I ordered and lied that they put it in the bag but I had video evidence with delivery and sticker had not been tampered with manager hostile, rude and lied about giving me a refund which she never did

  Wouldn’t give 1 star- came at opening 8am and was told there were not ready to take any orders . Couldn’t tell me how long it would be till they were ready to serve customers- just lost out on a big order went elsewhere

  Every single time I order through this subway it’s completely wrong. I called the location for a refund as I cannot eat the food and am running late for work. The girl on the phone was completely rude. Said she fixed the sandwich and stated “so idk what was wrong with it” then hung up on me. I called back to get her name and was yelled at on the phone and hung up on again. This is the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced and will never try and order from this location again.
