I had 1 family ahead of me. 1 employee hid in the back because she would rather talk loudly on the phone than help her coworker. The 1 person who did help wasn’t listening to the customer and made her sandwich wrong in front of us. I ordered in the app. They don’t pay attention to who picks up the food, so they gave mine away. The two employees almost tried to send me home without the food I paid for or a refund. I feel lucky they actually felt like making something. There’s several other subways around here. Do not go to this one.

She didnt make my sandwich right and moves so slow its like she’s practicing to be a sloth. She made my sandwich entirely wrong and i didn’t even notice until i got home because all the metal covers were up and i couldnt see what she was doing on the other side. Its really not rocket science to follow instructions when its your literal job to do so.
