I frequent dunkin a lot this is the second time I have been to this new location and I was taken aback at 6:20 in the morning when I was scolded by her in a nasty tone for not stopping at the speaker phone to let her know I had a mobile order. I asked her if my order was ready and then she storms away. She comes back to tell me that she did not have my items that I ordered through the app. Which is normally not an issue. This location has only been open 4 days and both times I’ve come here there has been an issue with my mobile order. The first time my order was wrong and had to go back to get it remade. There are so many other Dunkin locations near me, safe to say I will choose to go to them over this one.
