I went to Dunkin' Donuts and order a Chai. Tea latte with half ice. They handed me a large cup only filled half full with tea and ice. When I asked them where the rest of it was, they told me, they can only measure what they're allowed to measure out. If you order half ice, it doesn't come as a full latte. I asked were was the rest was and the manager told me that's all they can do. They handed me a small chi tee latte in a large cup. After they said there was nothing they can do.I told them to take it back and refund my money. So it is obvious you're paying $5 for a cup of ice and maybe an inch or 2 of Chai tea at the bottom. I have been in there before and they don't even know how to make change from cash and i am sure the machine tells them. They still can't do it. I have never had this problem at any other Dunkin' Donuts. This is by far the most incompetent Dunkin' Donuts i've ever been to.

The incompetence of the employees at this location is astounding. Literally picked out donuts we wanted at drive through and when I opened them at home, not 1 donut I ordered was in the box... Out of 12

Lady with the short blonde hair was very rude. The rest of the employees were phenomenal. I made an honest mistake with the drive through windows, came in to clear it up and get my food and was greeted with hostility from the lady that I believe could’ve been a manager. She then proceeded to glare at me until I left. Definitely will not be back to this location. To the tall young man working the front counter, thank you so much for your kindness and understanding. You deserve to manage that place.

I’ll preface this by saying it’s early and I was hungry, so maybe I was a little cranky. That said, this was still one of the poorest experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin…. We placed a mobile order and pulled up to the drive-thru, which has two windows. We stopped at the first window and sat there with no acknowledgment at all. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. Since mobile orders are usually paid for ahead of time, we assumed the second window was for pickup and pulled forward. We then realized the second window wasn’t in use and that we should have stayed at the first. That was an honest mistake, and we fully owned it. When we went inside to clear it up, we were met with unnecessary disrespect from a woman with short blonde hair…. the Karen haircut is fitting. All we did was apologize and explain the confusion, but her attitude was rude and unprofessional. In contrast, the other staff members were VERY kind and apologetic. They even explained that the person running the window is new, which we completely understand and respect. What’s not acceptable is the way the situation was handled by the short-haired blonde woman with the karen haircut, who appeared to be a manager or supervisor. If that’s the case, the behavior is especially concerning. A simple acknowledgment at the drive-thru or a calm, respectful response inside would have prevented this entire issue. Mistakes happen on both sides. Attitude like that doesn’t need to. (Also, part of our order was incorrect, the bacon was a bit overcooked, and my drink wasn’t filled all the way. That said, it was busy, and mistakes happen. None of that bothered me nearly as much as the interaction with one staff member. The issue wasn’t the food, it was the attitude.)
