It took them 30 MINUTES to put the order together and another 10 minutes just to move the order to the counter.That being said there were only two or three cars in the drive thru so that was not the issue. It's very clear that the employees who work here have absolutely NO sense of urgency, except for the one older lady who ran the register. That was the worst service I have ever had at any of the bojangles locations I have ever been too. I wish I had looked at the reviews before wasting my time here. I hope the owner of this establishment takes a long hard look at who they employ if said owner wants to keep getting business.

I placed an order in the drive thru and paid and was told to park for just a minute. 22 minutes later I went inside to ask what the hold up was. I will say there was 3 employees who were apologetic and seemed to care, one rolled her eyes. But I stood there inside waiting 5-7 minutes before I got my food. It was just not a good experience and then I got home and I ordered the chicken and rice bowl and there is some sausage like meat in it. I will not be returning.
