Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Food came out quickly and it was a fine burger. I enjoy the BBQ and pepper sauce. Restaurant was very clean inside with plenty of seating.
- JTJ T3 days ago1.0Honestly, go somewhere else. The burgers are so thin, you need at least a double to put a dent in your hunger. The bun was stale. They douse it in mustard. The shakes are meteocre at best. The price you pay doesn't equal the quality, or lack of, what you get.

I asked her about a sandwich on the menu and she tells me she doesn't eat here because she doesn't like the food. I couldn't do anything but laugh because I couldn't believe you told a customer that. Her attitude was so horrible. I decided not to eat there.

Was asked to pull aside with 3 other vehicles to wait, 15 minutes later I got my cheeseburger, (that is all I ordered) it had no ketchup and was smothered with mustard. I had already pulled out because I was late to my next destination when I realized that it tasted just like mustard. Not thrilled at all.
