  I ordered the new Steakhouse Salad Stuffer on the app so that I could just pick it up in the drive thru. I got there after the app notified me it was ready. After checking in at the drive thru window, I waited for a while before someone came back to tell me they didn't have the bread to make the order and asked if they could put it in a bowl. I requested they just put it on ciabatta bread instead. Another five minutes go by and they come back asking if they could put it in a bread bowl, saying it's basically the same. I said sure just so I could get my order and leave at this point. I got home to find that they had just put it in a salad bowl. So essentially they took what should have been in a sandwich and dumped it on a salad container. The picture is what I got and that cost me $12. I am livid at how this was handled. I attempted to find a customer service number to request a refund in the app but of course there isn't one listed so they're getting this crappy review instead.

  Everything about our experience was terrible. We ordering the drive thru - they proceeded to take 15 minutes to give us anything. We ordered two bagels and a latte. I saw the girl working on a phon call. They claim the latte machine was broken. They wanted to give a refund but as we were in a hurry!!!!! We said no thank you just give us our bagels!!! Then they finally came not even warmed! So never going back there again! And I had to go back in to get a fork. A lady was in there with her disabled son and they were being mean to him!!! Like what!! Terrible and who ever was working today at 9:30 should be looked at seriously and fired!! The manager too!! She was the rudest one.

  The food was good. The service was awful. Couldn't hear me in the drive through. So I went inside to pick up my order everyone was rude and annoyed that I came in to pick it up. While waiting I heard an employee making fun of one of the sandwiches we ordered special for our daughter. The employee was saying it was weird just weird. I feel like commenting on a customer's order like that was uncalled for and rude. I dont know if I'll be ordering from here again for a while

  I ordered a Turkey & Bacon Bravo toasted, along with cinnamon rolls. When our order was called, they had made a ham sandwich instead and told me the truck with the turkey “was coming.” The sandwich we received was also not toasted. When I asked about it, the manager said kids’ sandwiches are not toasted. I explained that this was not a kids’ meal — we paid $12.29 for it. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager was rude. As we sat down, she loudly said, “We are used to people being rude to us,” which felt completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the three plates we were given were dirty. Overall, the service and cleanliness were unacceptable. I will not be returning and would suggest others consider dining elsewhere.
