  This place is literally one of my favorite dinner and drinks spot. Chris and Allie make the most perfect cocktails and conversation. Every staff memeber here is friendly and fun, regardless of how busy it is (which is usually is very busy) the steaks are cooked perfectly and their homemade potato soup gives me life. Shout out to all the kitchen staff, FOH staff and the managers. They truly add the extra experience to this place. Not all Outbacks keep their food and service pristine overtime, but it seems here, they only get better and better. Highly recommend the center cut sirloin and their blackberry martini!!

  This was our first time visiting the Lexington location and our 2nd time ever eating at Outback. Both times we have been for a squeeze it in the day wedding anniversary dinner because- well, life 😅 Both times we have been so impressed, but this visit specifically was awesome! Wait time- nonexistent, we were seated right away Our server- amazing! Very knowledgeable about the many food & drink options, friendly, attentive & accurate Menu options- something for everyone Food arrival time- almost instant, okay I may be exaggerating a bit but seriously- my salad arrived within 5 minutes of placing our order and entrees less than 20 minutes after that. Cost- surprisingly inexpensive compared to similar style restaurants My only issue was that I received regular mashed instead of loaded mashed- it happens 🤷‍♀️ but the service was so good, it didn’t matter. Our server apologized, offered to replace but I decided against so he just removed the upgraded side charge. Also my lobster tail was a bit overcooked. Lobster is tricky, so totally understandable. No matter- it was a great experience! Thanks Outback- Lexington!

  If I could do ZERO stars I would. We just left there paid good money and food and service sucked. Our server was all over the place. First of all we weren’t offered bread but others were given bread. After asking then he brought us it. Asked for well done steaks they came out medium rare and he said it’s because they had a rush and was just pushing out food. Excuse me? Then our fries were RAW like frost inside!!! Told him to redo them. He took it back after 30 mins we asked what’s the hold up. He comes back after checking and said oh it will be a couple more minutes. What!??! We just left and paid for it!! We will not be back!! Shame on you!

  We have a party of 11 and it was Saturday night at 8:30. We were first told 60 to 90 minutes wait. but we decided to stay because everywhere was busy. The staff was very helpful and said they would try to accommodate us as soon as they could, and they did. 23 minutes later we were seated and ready to order. Our waiter was Josh and he did very well taking care of everything. We had the wrong steak come out for one of our crew but they quickly remedied that and brought him his order. We would definitely eat here again. Thanks to all the crew who served us!

  The service was just not good. We waited for over an hour for our food with no communication from the waitress about what was going on . We never received the complimentary bread . We also had items that were added to our ticket that we didn’t order but also didn’t receive which was weird . Gave us the feeling like they knew we didn’t order it but were going to charge us for it . Waitress barely even acknowledged it when asked about it but she did take the items off . The food was just as off putting. We ordered the blooming onion which came in a puddle of grease . You could tell by the looks as well as the taste that they don’t change the oil regularly. The steaks were ok but not worth the price . Barely warm . After waiting an hour , they were probably left sitting for a while . I got the large sirloin that was more like a petit . It was smaller than the small one that my partner ordered . My small baked potato dwarfed it in comparison . Doesn’t help that they serve it on what could be an appetizer plate . I guess to make it look like a better value . On a positive note , the side salad was surprisingly well portioned and good.
