  The Drive-thru is sometimes jammed up & the wait can be more than 15min's before you get to the p/u window & then sometimes they will pull you forward to wait again. I waited one time in the Drive-thru for about 40min's before they brought my food to me & that was with an online order & it took me about 10min's to get there, so that's 50min's total. It's a hit & miss on how fast you can order & get your food, must of the time it only takes a few minutes.

  This used to be one of the best McDonald's around, now it is the worst! Fast service doesn't exist, friendly employees doesn't exist. They are all gathered around the bagging area on their phones laughing and joking completely ignoring the customers up front.

  By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I don’t know why I keep going back there. DO NOT go unless you’ve got an extra 30 minutes to spare. One time I went and did an ice cream order thru the mobile app. I got there and gave them my #, pulled thru and they told me to drive to a parking space. I waited… they forgot about me! I went in and after 45 minutes I finally got my order. Then tonight, I pull up to the speaker around 8:20. They didn’t come on for at least 10 minutes. A few cars in the other lane drove right through because of the wait time . By the time they came on, They completely skipped my turn. At this point, I was already trying to look for a way to cancel my order on the mobile app. I informed the girl, but got nothing… to be expected, I guess. My kids were hungry so I pulled up. After another 10 minutes of waiting behind the car that went ahead of me I pull up and the guy just hands Me, my food. I mean, we didn’t get a thank you for coming, A smile, Or an apology for taking so damn long. At least the food was hot! Funny thing is at the drive-through. They usually have on the TV in the kitchen the wait times of the local McDonald’s. (They usually take so long getting you your food that the customers are able to see the times) This location is always on the bottom. Today I noticed it was not on that “channel”.

  I placed an order thru the McDonald's app so that the order would be correct and quick. It was neither correct or quick. When I arrived at the store, the cashier could not find the order. The manager came to the counter and checked the order on my phone. She keyed in the order on the register. I told her two times that both happy meals and the double cheeseburger were customized. I waited about ten minutes for my food. The manager handed me the order and said"Here ya go". No thank you,no apology for the inconvenience. When I got home, the double cheeseburger was standard- no lettuce,no tomato,which I paid extra for. The happy meal burgers were not customized as ordered. Overall, this was a bad experience. I don't plan on going back. You lost a customer! Ba da ba da bah.
