  People dont want to work. Food took forever. Had 3 cars parked. Waited til all 3 orders ready and food was cold. Never eat there again

  Went in at 3 today so there was no lunch rush. Waited at the counter for over 5 minutes to place an order with every front line worker looking at us at some point. The lady in the dark blue shirt, I assume to be the manager was busy leaning on the counter where they place the food prior to being bagged. She was telling someone in the back she needed help out front to clean. If you have time to lean you have time to clean. We then waited another 5 minutes or so for the food. Had to wipe the table down as the ones that were not taken were filthy. The food at least was hot and as expected. While eating had an employee decide it was time to start sweeping and asked me to move my feet as she swept under the table we were sitting at still eating. This alone is uncalled for but I feel she was just doing what she was told to do. She then started spraying the table next to us which put her rear in our face as the tables are not far apart to start. By this time I had enough and we just left. Not a good experience by no means. Very disappointed with this visit.

  rushed me through my order didn’t get to order half my food till i got to the window the girl was incredibly rude audibly sighed when i said i had more to order and had a attitude when telling me i could finish my order at the first window, a full retraining needs to happen for the people at the drive through

  Tonight I ordered McDonald’s via the app. The kids asked for McDonald’s and we’ve not had it in quite some time so I agreed. So I ordered delivery so by the time they finished their nightly routine dinner would be here. Well unfortunately the DoorDash driver who was assigned our ordered only delivered my drinks. So I immediately contacted the number provided by DoorDash for the driver. They informed me that was all McDonald’s gave them. So since I’d not planned anything for dinner I made the drive I didn’t want to make from the beginning. And I was met with nothing but respect and kindness . They assured me they’d given the driver 2 bags and had even included a shamrock shake bc they’d read the order incorrectly. They offered to show me the cameras as well. They remade our food considering this was to feed my children. I contacted customer service and made a formal complaint on the driver. It’s sad that someone not only received the tip I provided but also kept the food I paid for. Which is frustrating considering it was my children’s dinner. So thank you to the staff on duty tonight for taking care of everything even though they didn’t do anything wrong! I may have been frustrated at the start but I was nothing but grateful by the end.
