- DHDavid Hartman2 days ago1.0I have been up here for over an hour. It is almost 8am now and they were supposed to open at 6am. I am now late for work and have seen atleast 15 cars come and go, some of them door dashers that have now lost money and possibly gotten bad reviews due to thus stores negligence. And of course the customer support line doesnt open until 2 hours after the store does, so no way to get in contact with anyone at all. Go find another place to shop, this location obviously doesnt care about your business.

- MMMike MatthewsMar 14, 20261.0How does a specialty donut shop run out of donuts two hours before closing? I called the Lexington store and they stated they would be open until 11 o’clock. I drove 20 minutes to get the buy one dozen get the second dozen for $.13 and once I got there, they said they were out. I asked why they didn’t tell me that when I called? They said they had sold 15 boxes in a matter of 10 minutes and that they were only delivered 15 boxes and once they receive the boxes they Put icing on them. No apologies for nothing from them. So I left. I called Krispy Kreme on Knox Abbott Dr. Cayce Around 12 to 15 times and nobody would answer the phone. As far as I’m concerned, that is pitiful Service.
