- KBKindra BuppDec 26, 20251.0My husband picked up our order and not only was it wrong. They gave us 2 Jr baconator meals instead of 2 regular size baconator meals. Instead of carmel chocolate frosty they gave a vanilla carmel frosty. They cramped all food in one bag and almost dropped it on the ground handing it too him. The bag torn and our food went all over the truck once inside the vehicle. Seriously the service so so rude with their tone and attitude like they were not happy about us ordering and gave no napkins or sauces. Since this new location has opened every time we have gone in there it has been nothing but an issue. After tonight's disrespect we will no longer be using Wendy's.
