So at 7pm on 10/16/25 I was finally satisfied by a fast food company. This crew on duty deserves a raise because all my food was perfect. From temperature to seasoning I enjoyed it immensely. Thank yall!

I ordered a Dave's single and when I got up to the window it looked like it was a some kids first day at the window trying to swipe my card the right way but it took him about 5 tries to get it right. The staff was respectful with using manners but when I got home and took a bite of my burger it was STRAIGHT RAW. Also they got my friends order wrong as well. Do better Wendy's.

The staff was rude girl with the red dyed hair dropped our frosties when she could’ve just put it in a cup holder which is common sense, as we were paying for our food a roach was on the container on the cash register and we tried to let the girl with the short blonde hair know and she just looked at us like it was nothing… it was a very unclean establishment , I seen roaches crawling on the walls , whatever you do, do not each at this Wendy’s it’s disgusting and it’s a reason why they are always low on customers, the service is extremely bad and the environment is nasty. I will get in touch with the health department to save people.
