1 star isn’t even low enough to describe my experience. I ordered online, and when it got here (it was unopened when I received it) I opened it ready to eat cause I was hungry, well more than half of my order was missing. I went to the McDonald I ordered from and went inside to see about getting it fixed, the lady at the register asked me what’s wrong and I told her flat out my order is wrong I would like it fixed. She then told me she packaged my meal and that she put everything in it, and then proceeded to blame the delivery driver. I told her that that wasn’t a possibility since it was very clearly sealed and unopened when I received it and she said “well I don’t know then” and proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid. She asked if I wanted my order fixed to which I said yes and she started to ring up everything again, and yes when I received it the 2nd time it was still wrong, and I was made to pay for my order that THEY messed up to be fixed. I asked for a manager and was told that she was the only person I could talk to. I didn’t give her a single ounce of attitude but maybe I should have considering how she treated me. I spent in total around $40 ($20 the first time and $15 the 2nd) this morning all because they messed up my order. Don’t order here, I think the only person that I’ve talked to inside that store that has treated customers like people is the older woman who is usually on window, she is very sweet. The younger lady (maybe Hispanic) that I talked to this morning was very disrespectful and shouldn’t be allowed to deal with customers AT ALL.

How does this place stay in business is the real question here. Ordered on the app got to drive through and there were only 2 cars in front of me but still took 15 minutes to take my code. When I got around to the window I was gave the wrong order so I went back in to get the right order and the manager was pretty rude while handling it. I get my order and go out to the car and its wrong again! So now I have to go back in for the manager to catch another attitude with me just to get my order that I paid for 30 minutes ago. Maybe managers are hard to find these days but it will definitely reflect on this business.

My snack wrap tasted like buns and definitely wasnt cooked right, also my drink had a black spec in it looked wierd, and they took 5 minutes to get my sweet tea they forgot

The employees here were nice and the food was honestly good but the atmosphere was just off there was a manager constantly yelling at people and she seemed a bit unprofessional I didn’t get to ask for their name but it just doesn’t seem like a good place to work at.
