  Disgusting, not a single part of my sandwich wasnt covered in Mayo, ruined my sandwich. Made everything soggy with MAYO, I can’t even eat this shit

  Tonight I ordered McDonald’s via the app. The kids asked for McDonald’s and we’ve not had it in quite some time so I agreed. So I ordered delivery so by the time they finished their nightly routine dinner would be here. Well unfortunately the DoorDash driver who was assigned our ordered only delivered my drinks. So I immediately contacted the number provided by DoorDash for the driver. They informed me that was all McDonald’s gave them. So since I’d not planned anything for dinner I made the drive I didn’t want to make from the beginning. And I was met with nothing but respect and kindness . They assured me they’d given the driver 2 bags and had even included a shamrock shake bc they’d read the order incorrectly. They offered to show me the cameras as well. They remade our food considering this was to feed my children. I contacted customer service and made a formal complaint on the driver. It’s sad that someone not only received the tip I provided but also kept the food I paid for. Which is frustrating considering it was my children’s dinner. So thank you to the staff on duty tonight for taking care of everything even though they didn’t do anything wrong! I may have been frustrated at the start but I was nothing but grateful by the end.

  I went here at 10:43 ask was they on lunch young lady said yes I Oder a Big Mac Meal open my box after I pull off my bread was like it was a day old spoke to 2 people the First Lady was so rude ask her name she put the phone down git the supervisor she didn’t wanted to give her name whoever made this sandwich knew that the bread was old and hard serve customers what y’all want to eat it’s no way yall round here selling one day old bread to customers close the whole restaurant down
