If i could give no stars, I would! Pulled up at the drive thru at 11:20 pm. They close at midnight. Ordered a quarter pound/cheese combo and was told they don’t make them that late at night and that they could only make McDouble or mcchicken. I call it being lazy. I drove 5 minutes away and ordered the same no problem. Poor Management. Your workers do what you allow them to do.

Honestly if I could give a zero star I would!!
I ordered at 9:15pm and here it is almost 11pm!
Employee's not in dress code at all, got air pods in their ears, with short attitudes!
McDonald's do better an hour wait for a little bit of food is crazy!!

Edit- look at that raw ahh bacon. 30$ for inedible food.
Before throwing new people in drive thru to take orders, you should train them the menu. I’m not sure why it was rocket science to make my large number 9 a combo when that’s literally what I asked for. If I wanted 2 individual cheeseburgers, large fry, and large tea, that’s what I would’ve asked for. I simply just wanted it rung up as a combo. Then the person they went to to come “help” was rude and could barely even hear her over the mic. It’s not even 8:30 at night, I can tell second shift is just a “fend for themselves” type shift. I don’t ever expect greatness from any McDonald’s, but I was hoping common sense was given. Oh and to top it off, my 2 cheeseburgers are plain with nothing on it. Nothing we ordered was plain. So I guess the kitchen staff need training too on the menu. And at least put salt on these cold ahh fries. The best service I’ve gotten from this store is early lunch time, I guess when the gm is here. Anything after 3pm, I wouldn’t recommend coming here lol.

Worst McDonalds in Lexington. Sorry service at drive-thru. Had to cancel an online order due to the workers not doing their jobs. McDonald's then made sure to not refund my money, even when my cancelation was due to their inability to do their jobs. It's always wonderful to sit at an order screen while the cars in the other lane (who got there way, way after you) just get their orders taken while you are completely ignored. Then when you question the screen you get a nasty attitude in response. That's cool... $8 gone from my account, don't expect to see my money ever again.
