  Well first of all the drive thru was closed and has been for weeks now, apparently it’s because of not enough staff, at least that’s what I was told, but seemed to be plenty of people working in the store when I was there. The manager on duty was being lazy is what I could clearly see. Secondly, I paid over $20 for stale doughnuts, and then only was able to get 1 hot doughnut because their machine was all messed up. Thirdly the doughnuts were tiny compared to what they used to be yet the prices are same or more now. Fourthly the chocolate was not spread evenly on the chocolate iced glazed, the doughnuts looked sloppy and unappetizing, there was just not enough chocolate which is what I paid for. If I were the owner, I’d not be too happy with how this particular store is being run, hopefully they see this review and look into this, it’s not the first time I’ve experienced this either, and I know others who say the same thing. Y’all are too expensive Krispy Kreme to not be producing better quality and service to customers.

  Kae was So helpful! Wasn't sure what I was getting; she was patient, friendly and professional. Donuts looked amazing and yummy fresh! She and adjoining were wonderful helping me fill my order. Love this place - thank you! Highly recommend.

  Their website and Google states that they close at 10 PM I got to the krispy kreme at about 9:50 PM. By the time I finished checking my app for coupons, the door was locked at 9:53 PM. I knocked on the drive through window and asked, why did they close early? I was told by the sales associate, and the supervisor that they close daily at 9:55 PM. It’s so they can start cleaning and pulling their cash drawer. I was very disappointed after coming off a seven hour drive from florida. While writing my review, I saw at least four of the cars that also wanted krispy kreme up until the minute that is supposed to close. I have been a fateful crispy cream customer since the age of five when my mother used to work for the company. I absolutely would not trade them for dunkin' donuts, but thinking of an alternate due to this disappointment.
