- ZWZ Wheelus4 days ago1.0Theanager today is Very Rude. I'd tell you her name but she refused to give it, hid her tag when I asked. I bought books, the cashier has a cart of books that were not shelved, she asked me if I'd like to look through them. I was doing that and had picked some out when said manager came over and jumped me for looking at them. She said she would also get into the cashier. I had not and would not make a mess if the books. Both myself and the cashier told her that I had permission to do this. No excuse for rudeness. I asked if rudeness was a policy to be a manager here.

I have been to this location countless times and I cant Remember a single time there where they got the order right or didn’t have an attitude. It’s absolutely ridiculous for you to go to a restaurant and basically know you will receive a wrong order or be treated poorly. Just remember these are adults working here, hired to do a very simple job.
- KKKSDec 26, 20251.0I normally have a good experience at this Dunkin, but I recently went and it was bad. I had a mobile order, and there was no line for the drive-thru. We ordered a dozen donuts of all varieties, but we only got 1/3 of the donuts we requested. When we got up to the drive-thru speaker, an employee informed us that they were out of a lot of the donuts that we had requested. We said that we would like to replace them with another kind, and then we asked what was available for us to choose from. The employee said "everything but those." That was... helpful. We pulled up the app to view the other selections, and the employee got impatient. She said, "Well are you going to order or..?" I just replaced the rest of the donuts with glazed with chocolate on top, but we received chocolate glazed. She handed us our drinks and didn't say anything. I hope that she is doing alright.
