I wasn't comfortable drinking the tea so I poured it out please get rid of Nicole or take her back to training customer service there was a line of people behind me waiting on a 31cent transaction I'm requesting a refund I don't trust her and I wouldn't go back not there

They put so much stress on the employees. Two employees for dozens of customers. And sometimes only one employee working the front and the window. I absolutely love the coffee. I go nowhere else for my coffee. The workers are usually smiling and welcoming.

I got the caramel "frappucinno" which was more like a watery milkshake than a coffe beverage. Also the sausage crossiant I had was somehow both burnt and cold. Overall, I spent around $11-$12 on this "breakfast" and ended up throwing most of it away.
