- JCJeanne ConnellyDec 28, 20251.0Placed order online through cava order was received with only 1 out 6 meals- drove to store to be treated as if I was lying one bag was in waiting area- asked for manager a girl finally agreed to remake order waited over 30 minutes and was told not to stand by bathrooms were other people were also waiting for their online order- if u don’t have the staff to accommodate online orders close the portal- this was awful - I will never come back and will not be recommending to my clients or coworkers. The staff was very rude to lot only me but to the rest of the patrons.
